Returning home after the winter

Has anyone else noticed that a lot of players are startup to come out of the woodwork? Like birds going back north after the winter! Could that mean that the cap is drawing near?? Could this mean that these players have some insight that we don't about the onset of new content? Let us on your knowledge!!!

Yeah heh me too,
It will probably be within another month for dl to fully release,
then it will probably take a while for PLs new content,
and then we finally get our goodies after another wait for new content.
