So im hearing that the flame ice and bone ears are dropping like crazy in PL why arent they dropping in SL not one has been found yet!
Is it a bug or glitch ?

There are absolutely none in PL. None at all. I assume it is a bug. Everyone just needs patience. I assure you STS is more than aware of the situation by now.

Edit: Keen is telling the truth, I saw that same person as well. I can see why s/he didn't want their name in it... Think about it, everyone would be bugging you 24/7 about how you got it, noobs would ask why the wave isn't working. I could see it being frustrating.

Do you mean only devs can hand them out? That's a false rumor, the NPC in Blackstar clearly states you have to farm the last 3 ears from a boss.

If you meant that only the devs are in possession of the last 3 ears then I have no idea but wouldn't believe it since no ones seen a dev in-game since... the cat vanities were released. Lol.
