No vendor and Kneil is gone!?!?

I noticed this after the recent client update.

The client update from a couple minutes ago said that there was going to be a vendor by the cemetery or something. then I went to look around in the castle and kneil the prisoner wasn't there.

Do you know where the vendor is sposed to be? Its sposed to be by that cement wall thing on the way to the cemetary but you can't get to the cemetary because the wall is in the way.
