Hi there, it was 5years ago *i think* when my account gets banned with no reason. I Remember when sts do a massive ban at Team Philippines or known as TPH guild due to selling golds in real money. Lemme tell you @Devs if theres a chance to get into the game. Just an innocent character at game and i dont want to waste all my money on this game. Im planning to back into the game as well :)

Banned is banned ,and I don't think they restore a banned account mainly a 5 years old account and secondly in your case the guild was totally banned for a reason and out of anger I'm sure.
