Ive had my pl account since 12/26/10 and i got my centurion armor but my characters were deleted by my sister and i wanted to know if there was any way to get my armor back?

I'd like to point out that they MIGHT fix the problem. STS has been very good about reimbursing items/gold/plat to players who have made a mistake, but that doesnt mean that they have to.
Please don't *expect* STS to rectify your mistakes, just be glad they are nice enough to.
