I can't purchase in the itunes store of potket legends

I have account itunes and pocket legends. When i login the game ~~> special, but i can't purchase anything in the itunes store of pocket legends. it always say: " This is not a Test User account. Please create a new account in the Sandbox environment." So, how can i purchase in itunes store of pocket legends????? Instruct me!!!!!!

You have a jailbroken iPhone or iPod Touch I assume meaning your gonna have to change some files to make it work.
