I'm guessing you're looking for some visual effect provided by a buff the item gives, in which case, those are not visible in auction.

As far as I remember it was visible before.
I asked my guild mates and they said it was shown there

They were visible for a little while, and we got too many complaints, so now they only show in avatar/inspect/lobby and in zones.

What why :( people like love to inspect and see effects everyday please add it back :3 I don't see a problem for viewing visual effects on private auction house

Take it to the suggestions forum if you want, but general consensus before was people only wanted it in the UI on avatar / inspect.
