76 Arcane ring proc

Its not huge deal, but let's talk about the 76 arcane ring.
"Chance on killing an enemy to proc 10 dex/str/int for 5 seconds"

This proc is completly useless..
I tried it out few times, the proc is not very common, it gives you total of 10-30 total damage for few seconds (depends of class)

I feel like the proc needs to be maby 50-100 str/dex/int, since its already rare proc, only lasts 5 seconds and 50-100 of each stat will be make the ring more available to use, since rn many players rather use the 71 arcane ring.

What do you think?

I was really hoping they carried the 71 proc to 76 and made it 2 str per kill chance instead of +10 for a short time. +100 would be nicer since arc ring 71 over time tends to give a couple hundred str after 80~ waves.
