It does if you're appropriate level. You have the best odds with mobs your level or higher, and odds are reduced the more levels higher you are than the mobs. If you are 25 levels or more above the mobs (at least currently), you have no chance at all.
So the level range is 24 levels below your current level to get energy. 25 being the 0 energy chance.
In kt4 its lv 58-60~ not sure if energy is dropping there for lv 76 if it is then good that map is correct as 76-24=52.
Me and 3 people lv 76 just ran deep marsh (lv 71 map) and none of us got 1 single energy there. Just curious on how energy is set up, it drops greatly in hauntlet but that map is scaled to lvl.
5 levels doesn't make that big of a difference? Does it?
