My network is fine. No issues at All with my phone.
Why i can not see plat offers.

If you're on android, your google play services may be stuck. You can try either force closing the app or rebooting your device.

Enviado desde mi motorola one vision mediante TapatalkSame has been happening ever since I started playing al in 2013 and I have reached put to support but their response was that its not a problem of theirs and had to do with google. I tried contacting google and they said its not a fault of theirs so frankly I gave up. Tried forcing closing and ALL troubleshooting methods that was suggested by support and google. The other possible cause I know if is if you're in a region where google doesn't support in app purchasing.
You could also use the webstore (paypal) instead.
