Buying imbued glyph setting or the components of it. Please reply or tell me where to farm for them becuase the seem really hard to find

seen glyph blade steel drop twice in boggy waters from snake charmer. (that fing cheater)
also glyph setting is made up of 5 glyph blade steels the setting doesn't drop its self.
