Highest damage lvl 76 loadout

Hi, I saw a rogue with 13k dps My current set is modest with about 4.7k dps. Was there a Proc that made the DPS so high or is there gear I'm not seeing somewhere?

Just get 4% dex awake on ur items and u can be well on ur way to 10k dps

Thanks, any gear you would suggest for lvl cap?

The dps is the damage per second of the main weapon and not the real damage, wy dps is so important to rogue if not using main weapon to fight, but all the time they use low cd skills?
