Continuous crashing

I use a samsung transform from boost mobile, and when in the 3d hack and slash parts, I can't go more than 30 secs without a crash to my home screen. I've tried reinstalling it, and dimming down the sound and graphics, nothings working for me.

Lmao please someone help, I've used all my energy trying to finish one level, only to crash and lose it everytime.
