Festive bday banners glitch and auto turn

When placed in a banner holder and green checkmark is pressed- they auto rotate randomly.

Update- I zoomed in on them and they do rotate very very slowly.

It looks like the banner actually rotates at 1 degree per second. Since we are placing the actual banner that we place on the player in the display case, that will have the same properties as if a player was wearing it.
