Legendary Packs?

Has anyone tested getting the legendary weapon from one of the plat packs. I am very tempted to buy one but never been one to get lucky in these.

I saw a guy had daggers in town earlier, when i asked him he said it came in his second pack

i bought plat and got the daggers at level 3, and again at level 13, took a few purchases each time ><
