Help with the skills/powers needed

So far I've been playing the game out and have come to a good understanding of the game. I'm still not sure about the skill tree. It keeps upgrading skills automatically, I thought you can customize how your skill tree is (amount of skill points)? Also, are you able to respec with skills?

Second thought was that the skill points are distributed the exact same as you level which seems pretty boring...

I hate auto leveling

Go to your Menu, Go to POWERS. Tap on autoleveling and TURN IT OFF. I think you get the 1st 2 skills regardless, but you'll have a point instead of the 3rd skill.

Yes, but it costs 8 plat this time around. Use those skills wisely! :)
