Its a active Zone now and great for event farming. Gear are enough for everyone like Lvl 10 speed set and lvl 10 belts are unlimited in game

lol, its great for events farm only because 3-4 groucho/zeppo/harpo abilities bugged and onehitting bosses :D one post in 'bugs and issues' section and your 13-15lvl events will suck :D
