auto-backing?

I don't know if it's from the lag, but I've noticed that when I'm attacking my enchantress automatically backs up to a safe distance. This is good in theory but when I'm jumping into the heart of a mob and firing normal attacks simultaneously with AoEs this kills me more often than not. Maybe a toggle button for automatic backing-up would be nice?

I have seen party members jump aread like theu used a Star Trek transporter.
Even though my ping is around 250 or less, I assume it's lag.

I think anida doesn't talk about some kind of teleport effect. The enchantress, indeed, backs up, especialy since the last update. I think it only happens when I'm firing fireballs with my staff, not when using aoe skills. However I often kill because the virtual pad doesn't react when I really want to free away from a bunch of monsters...

I am pretty sure your backing up is just lag. Basically you are not where the server thinks you are, so the server throws you around. It happens alot to me on my archer.

Yes I have very big lag, between 500 and 1000 ms. That might be the reason.
