Buffs wasted in Sanctuary...

So, you get a buff.. Say 15 mins double armor, you have to wait 1hr for your energy to rise enough to be able to do missions. The only thing to do while waiting for your energy is to stand around in the lobby, which depletes your buff? Dont know if its a bug or not, but it sure needs to be fixed.

Yeah, these should really pause when you are not in a mission. Hopefully just a bug.

I seem to get those when I am out of energy and they timeout before I get enough energy back to use them. :S

I either use little of them, use them almost fully, or never get to use them. I think the timer should be paused when not in combat.

Not only does the timer countdown while you are not in missions but it also counts down while you are offline. Perhaps the idea behind this is to encourage us to buy more energy or to do a better job conserving energy so that you never run that low. Or it may possibly be a bug. Some feedback from a dev would be appreciated.
