I asked Justg/Buffy in DL this yesterday and he said soon, how soon he did not say play DL in the mean time if your 17+.

I'm guessing new level caps for both SL & PL will come out after DL comes out for Apple
Seems fair, because you'd get some time enjoy new DL game before the pressure of new level cap:)
