The Bug's Info:
After completing the mission called "The Witches Lair" in The Outskirts, my energy was at 1/25 & the timer was at 0:20. It dropped to 19 then began going up & restarted after it finished & gave me 1 energy.
Temporary Fix:
Restarting the app did -not- work but manually force closing the app then restarting seems to fix it for now.
