I think there should be a way shorter wait time for the Breach Cult Checkpoint quest in The Outskirts. Do I really have to wait that long just to unlock 3 more quests? If there is going to be wait times after actions, it should be way shorter. 3 hours is already too long but 9 hours? And to bypass timer it's 25 plat? I think there should be no timer, a shorter timer, or at least make it cost 1-5 plat to bypass!

It's something to do over night while you sleep. But it gives you basically a very high chance of getting a pink elixir. And yes there are longer wait times, the current one I'm doing is a day's wait.

I am on the 9 hour timer, but word is that is a but a spec of time compared to some coming up. Remember though, the timer only means you can not go forward, but it does not stop you from going back and farming missions you have already unlocked.

Yeah, I'm about half way through the 1 day quest. Should be ready to go when i wake up in the morning.

Not going to lie, the elixirs are borderline worthless. Between the extremely low duration, and the fact that the timer goes down when you're not in a 3D mission, you barely get any use out of them. And even when you do use them, they still really aren't that big of a deal. The missions are easy enough and short enough that you should never really have a use for an elixir. The only reason I want them is for achievements, other than that, I hate it when I get that instead of a real reward.
I would much rather have +exp or +energy, they are infinitely more valuable then some lame elixir.

24h is the current maximum wait period for a mission. We wouldn't do ones in excess of that, though thanks for the 1 week idea ;)

Just remember, you don't have to pick up any of the rewards until you want to, except perhaps for the one coming out of the dungeons. There'll probably be more timing guides are people get better at it :)

Just finished my 1d quest about an hour ago. It sucked to wait but I put my in-the-mean-time energy to good use, got myself up 2 levels thanks to Morfic's guide in the time it took to finish the 1d. It sucks but it's a good time to farm/level.
