What Happened to Email Promo?

I've paid well over $200 just on SL alone so I guess I was expecting a little more than a lvl 3 promo code I already had. That's ok though. The game is fun and I'm enjoying it. Not gonna be a negative Nancy.

Right now our promo code system isn't unique per user. Notice how the codes are generic and multiple people can use them? We need to get more functionality so we can give people the kind of stuff you are talking about without giving it to everyone else (who gets the code leaked to them).

I have email enabled through the forum, but i can't seem to do it in game. The modify button is grayed out in all three apps. I can check the email opt in box but as soon as i leave nexus it flips back.

So my question is, is forum enabling good enough?
