Is ikku really this rare?

I'm hunting this dude for like 2 days now and already killed 10k mobs. With an average stats, soloing an elite map, it's truly hard. Always had problems to find ikku/rakash/armazu, last time (at my seasonal) I've found ikku when i was at 470-480 elite bosses, almost same about rakash
Mobs like khelic ziazzu ripper argex scratch I usually found in less than 100 runs

I have done 1k bosses 4 times so far and got him always during 1000. Thats just my personal experience with it tho.

Elite Southern Gates, first batch of mobs with orcs - already spawned worm is usually Ikku. Run up to it, check, if its not the one redo the ghost party and run in again.

I've been trying for ages, he's the only one I need.
Tried everything, ghost party, not having a party, timed runs, different pets, no pets and tried the method Ares suggested.
Still no joy.
It is frustrating. I thought Aeren was difficult but this one has me beat.

I got 4-7 ikku before esg era xd this guy is common, now like everybody going crazy finding the big worm guy

Do what I did, host a guild event where who ever finds ikku first gets 1mil gold. I did that with 3 bosses got them in under 1 hr.

Just run in an elite timed map any pt. Look for every place where a worm can spawn, then remap. Need not kill anything.
For non elite maps, just get a ghost pt and reset pt every run, or u could just run and kill boss asap and remap. Normal maps are much easier than elites anyways.
