Not leveling up on 100% XP

I'm level 9 and have 194/194 XP, it should get to level 10, right?
I guess it's just a >= issue and that when I'll get 1 more XP it will be "fine", but pretty sure it's still a bug though...

It's not a bug. I think that 1 xp is sort of the "jump" to the next level.

Yeah, this happens in SL, too. If you got 8 energy, just hit one of the quick quests.
