Opening Vardan Valley Gates and Dm

How does the gates,evf,dm opening works? Is it by clearing mobs/boss in Mogera lair?

I think opening dm requires to kill boss in festerfang swamp..opening frontier and greensap need kill mogera lair boss...and opening gates you need to kill boss and clear map in frontier/greensap... someone correct me if I'm wrong

For Dm you have to open murkstone tokens i think...
