Sometimes they run competitions with the shield as a prize, though they have awarded it to someone for outstanding service to the community (setting up a charity).

Also try searching the forums in future, this has been asked many times and there are plenty of threads with answers.

definitely asking for one will never give you one. you have to be like violentsaint and do good deeds without wanting anything. and you will never get a pl shield. i guarantee it.

But it will take an even longer time to kill him. U could probably solo a boss on just skills. personally i would ask for a dagger with 250 crit and 250 dodge. but with - 100 armour

devs he really deserves one. he has given AT LEAST 8 million gold, helping people and giving them gold and rare items that they can't get.

We have all given stuff, MC just has much more to give, it's easy to give a TON of pricey gear when you have a ton of gold, I have given a ton of staff, like all I had, most people have, just cause someone has more to give doesn't mean they deserve a PL shield. MC did something very very generous, and I respect and appreciate that, but I am tired of PL shields being handed out, I think Violent getting caused enough drama, we don't need more giveaways on the forums because 2 people got PL shields for em.

I am telling you, if MC gets a PL shield, the players will flip, and the forums will spiral downward.
