Too late for platinium bundle?

I was creating my character and then got offered the 30 platinium bundle..

By mistake I closed the paypal tab and when I logged back in the option wasn't available anymore..

Do I need to make a new character?

If you go to the login screen, where it shows your character and 'Play' button... To the left of your character's name is a small button.
