I'm sure most people don't even make use of all four slots that they have now. Skills in DL use Blood, which is your health supply. If you had a bunch of attack skills and you were spamming them constantly, you would either die quickly or be broke all the time because you'd have to buy Blood Packs every 5 minutes.
