If it does not fit in the trade box then it's not legal. There's a controversy about selling elite bosses. In my opinion, I consider that as a service, but selling an IGN or Guild Name is different from that, as you are selling something of your property, meanwhile selling a boss is just trying to get some extra gold for spending hours, running maps until you find what you are looking for.
