Bug in house with placing items

When trying to edit house items, the Location icon is gone and if I press on "Place" icon, I get a bar with only "Empty" written on it. This only happens when I'm logged from PC, tried on the phone and editing works normally.

Tried to remap, relog, even restarted PC, every time I get the "Empty" bar instead of housing items. (see image below)
