Are the pink weapons only promo weapons? I found a level 16 Soulcleavers of Barrage in the No Way Out mission, Market Subway campaign. Does pink mean it's a promo weapon or just rare?

It means legendary so basically its the rarer and stronger wepon color in the game just a way of telling the difference
