stay 56? or level to 60!

hello i dont know what i should do...
i have a lvl 56 mage with some glyph items but im sure i can never get a full charmin set.
so should i lvl to 60 and buy demonic xbow set? bcus xbow shot+fire storm is a KO many times :P
and ofcourse who doesnt like it? the GREAT looks on demonic.

so what should you do?

Stay 56 until Humania then when Humania comes out go 60.

The reason for this is because, right now there are to many 61-66 players that you'll run into. The demonic X-Bow set is powerful. Just not as powerful as 61 sets.

but i did some research and demonic has little higher hs and ms also higher dmg. only lower armour and little lower crit and hit (only like 1 )
i compared with sanguine

also: what about the range? and demonic has higher dps too
