Level 1 pinks??

Ok idk the exact mechanics of this game on drops, or leveling of drops. But it seems the pinks will drop to really low levels, which makes me wonder, is it possible to farm level 1 chars for level 1 pinks? The lowest level atm is lvl 3, but i want to know if it'll go lower, anyone know?

is it hard to lvl?oh yeah lol 10 xp per run+1000 xp requirement= 100 runs. Unless you want to do missions those give about 25 xp but cost 8 energy

First few levels are just about automated, so nope, you can't be level 1 on regular missions.
