What's the chance of getting one of these?

First pack for me and I nearly jumped off my chair :)

Are they scaling? I noticed that they had a ''lvl12'' right beside them, do you get better versions if you are higher levels?

Not sure on the chance, but yes, the items from the packs come out at your current level. They do not, however, increase with you. They stay at whatever level they are when you get them.

I got 1 at level 12,14 and 17 within my fifth try.
They are more powerful than the pinks that drop in the game and I like the way they look,they are really cool!

Glad to know they are not THAT hard to get... Ill try for new ones around level 18-20 also

it took me like 20 packs and i got nothing, then to get some different gems i tried other pack like 5 times and got that item, i wonder if support would let me exchange it
