I found this long ago, but wasn't sure if it was already reported or just intended. Ill try to explain situation with an example :
Lets say im running through mausoleum and i find a path with 2 witches. Witch A casts the orb that nerfs dmg while i stun other mobs around, including witch B. I kill witch A (the one that casted orb), but i find that my dmg is still nerfed even though witch B was constantly stunned and couldn't cast its own orb.
This is what actually happens in runs, i use to solo maus and its quite annoying since witches are most dangerous enemy in map. I would like to see if its intended to work this way, or i dont know....
