Elite mobs (Evasive six)

Hi all,
I am going to farm evasive six, twisted ten.
To be honest i do not really know, is it enough to run maps and check if there is elite mob or not, or i must to kill mobs to appear an elite mob?

For the Twisted 10 Aps you can just check and run around the map and check for specific type of mob..

As for Krunch And Bael Part 2 you will need to kill boss to spawn them
