Help with my level 16 Dex bear!

I'm a bit new to level 15-20 bear twinking. I have a level 16 bear, giving me 15 skill points. I went full dex. If I want the best build possible, what gear, skill build and combo would I need?

First off as you should know there is no "Best Build"
As your pure Dex:
Your build should be:
3-6Stomp
6Rage
Now major decisions, debuff? Dodge? Or damage? I don't know, being as I never was very successful.

From what I hear Gear wise:
Level 15 WF
Snowball, (Just sold one for 2m) Gingerbread and tinsel.
Artisian more armor and hit% expert more Crit.
Level 15-16 Crossbow (Purple or green up to you)
There are more educated people out there. Ask them this is my weak point.

-jewel thief platinum talon lvl 15
-plat pack wing lvl 10
-expert leather lvl 15
-plat pack helm lvl 10
-armor ring
and same 16 build as late :)

personally, i love stun builds, so:
lvl 16:
plat pack helm lvl 10
JTP talon lvl 15 or Assassin's auto xbow
artisan's armor lvl 15
(if talon) plat pack wing lvl 10
Champion's Fine Platinum Band
Crazy bear face

6 rage, 6 stomp, 2 iron blood, 1 sms

kite when necessary, when you spot your opponent making a mistake, stomp them and sms if you can. If you miss, back off and try again, if you hit, stay in range then kite any counter attacks.
