Hi, i have made a purchase of 10 euros worth of platinum, bought it 10 euros gone from my bank account now, logged in my game i see no platinum? did i get scammed or what is this

Did you make multiple purchases today? I see one that you did receive the platinum for.
There are a couple causes when not receiving platinum from google play immediately:
1) The payment may not yet have gone through completely - once it does you'll receive the platinum.
2) Google Play Services sometimes gets stuck. This can sometimes be fixed by force closing AL, and sometimes by rebooting your device.
