Crafting questions

So I know this is probably posted somewhere in other threads but after a little looking around I wasn't able to find it. But my question is do the recipes needed for level 60 and 65 crafted sets drop in FH like the 55 ones do, or someplace else?

Only lv5 and 15 drop in forest haven campaigns. 55's drops in sewers, 60's in nuri's and 65 ones in Fang. All drop from various bosses and/or mini bosses.

Hello, i have a question can u use a recipe more that once if so can i borrow a lvl 5 or lvl 15 artisan/expert recipe, it would be much appreciated
