When do you get these and at what level because I remeber geting them once every other lvl. Now I realized we might have missed one at lvl 17? I rember getting a pt at 13 15 etc. Anything?
The designers intended it to be this way. You get a skill point every other level (the skill points landing on the odds) until you "skip" a level at 17. At level 18 you get your 9th skill point. After that you earn them every other level again. So after 17 the skill points land on the even numbers.
