Leap or Vermin Swarm?

So I'm going to hit level 20 in a few hours and am wondering which one of these powers you guys would recommend. I'm leaning towards swarm because of the dps. Is one better for pve or pvp? Any insight would be appreciated.

Vermin Swarm seems best for both PvE/PvP because of it's DPS like you said. Plus, who doesn't wanna see rats do something other than get poop all over your house?

I plan to get both, have saved up an extra point. I'm definitely more excited about Swarm though. I will add that swarm doesn't scale with damage though...should that affect your decision or not.

I'm using leap + vermin + fatal + unholy blessing. Outcome is epic. Try it guys. ;)

can't use yet, those waiting there for level cap raise. Also helps ppl plan their future skill build.
