BTW...if you join a guild, most guilds have discounted blood packs in their guild halls. So buy from your guild hall instead of the Club Sanctuary. Also some 2 hour allies give blood packs as well.

Currently the only way to get those types of gems is through the store. You'll have to buy chances with platinum like you said and hope you get it. Currently the only ones available are crimson blood ruby gem(red), eternal shadow gem(purple), and ecliptic moon gem(blue). Each cost 5 platinum, though the moon gem can be bought through the daily deal for less some days.

Welcome and I don't think there are any plans to raise the level cap anytime soon....so you should have plenty of time to hit 36. ^_^

I don't play on Chrome. I would say hold down the shift key while clicking Reload button. People have also suggested deleting the browser cache. But you would think that would happen automatically if you delete and re-installed the browser.

Maybe if you create a thread about the problem under the Technical Issues/Bugs section, more people will see it. Sorry I couldn't help more.
