House mailing

It would be good if we can:

> send items/golds in mail. It can make sending borrowed items and gold easier.
> A guild message where everyone who have house in guild will receive a particular notice from officer/master (can be toggled on and off)



Other suggestion:
>It would be great if we have open mic on party/on house (can be toggled on/off)
>Guild rules board (can be a furniture)

All of them have alrdy been suggested several times, I hope devs take a look at em since many ppl has asked for em.
