Please fix this set effect

Enchanted wand set does not have the set effect its supposed to, unlike the staff set, as you see below

These items do not complete the same sets. The Staff set is a three (3) piece set while the Wand is a four (4) piece set that also requires the Enchanted Gemstone Bracer.

So why do all demo sets have the same effect 3 and 4pc? All Glyph sets 3 and 4pc? All Tiki 3 and 4pc? Fiery? Savage? Etc Etc etc.

Because the 4pc set gives you the additional benefits of a fourth item. They don't require a beefier 4pc set bonus. They do however require four (4) specific pieces... and you can't get the bonus with three (3) items :-)

Shouldn't the wand set have the same set effects as well?

I guess there's some misunderstanding here, he is referring to the "set effects" those colored sparkles not set bonus. The wand set is missing the green sparkles, this also the case on dex set with xbow equipped which on the other hand only effect is the green sparkles.

I already crafted every 3x Enchanted wands and the another Gem Blast staff, and only Gemstone staff does this rounding sparkles effect, which I'm currently missing.
Just wanted to find out which INT set does the rounding sparkles set effect, it's just my luck the last weapon which I'm currently missing does it:D
