What lvl do you need to be and what class for the most Efficient jewel farming, and also should I just open very random jewel elixir I have in my inventory

Probably level 57 or so mage in kraag tombs 4 with haste set. Or max lvl in hauntlet. Be able to one shot the enemies to not waste time.
