Maxed out rogue pve

Kinda new to rogue in the pve area, currently maxing a switch from war to rogue. But what do you need to be a maxed out rogue for pve like what gears?

Maxed out? All of the endgame gear and awakens accordingly to what you prefer to farm, same goes for pet

I would say if u want to focus on pve and dex then try to get 7-8% atleast in each gears

Dugg dagg elite /bow (for dag i would like if there's 10% :) )
sunken helm/armor
for belt/ring/pend u can start with hidden set if u do more evg or in general u can go for gallantry belt
i use malig speed set with 14%dex but u can try kill ring/ outlaw pend
arti use fade

duggardag n duggarbow(for boss,or duggardag alone also ok),sunken armor,hidden set(belt,ring,amulet) fade/infest arti....all that either op bd or dex awake...jewel atleast all noble finese..pet like geng(slott aa dpend on which map preferably),hero fatima,arc loveling...skill,usually piercing shadow,razor shield,aimshot,shadow storm..ulti,aim shot
