pink is...?

This may seem like the most elementary of questions, but I've never played an STS game before and this is one piece of lingo i was unsure about...

A Pink is an item with Purple writing right? I'm gonna assume that in other STS games this quality of item had Pink writing and the vernacular has carried across?

A pink item will have its name in pink, and it's legendary (usually the most expensive). Except in the case of ao2, you can trash those for the most part.
