I am using Chrome to play, and it states that I cannot log in even though servers are up. My internet connection is fine. I've tried clearing cache, restart Chrome, refresh my page - nothing works.

Is anyone currently experiencing the same issue?

For chrome, if you're having this problem, it's usually one of a few things:

1) You're using a proxy which doesn't handle websockets appropriately (most don't).
2) You've got an extension installed which interferes with websockets (Internet Download Manager or equivalent).
3) Some settings of some antivirus programs interfere with websockets (ESET NOD32 has this issue with some configurations).

For android or chrome, this can also be caused if your network allows communication to remote servers on port 80, but not on port 4060.

Could you provide us the setting for the NOD32 to be able to play in Chrome?

I have exactly this problem and I only know how to exclude expecific URL but is not working with the one that I see in chrome.

Thanks

Podrian al menos decirme el url de los servidores para excluirlos del antivirus?
