So many of these things exist. They have good procs but us end game players can't use them. We can use them but the proc duration is so short that by the time we swap to our arcanes; the proc is gone. Buffing the procs buffs to 60 seconds would help a ton and possibly get more people to use these sets.
Those who will say "60 seconds is too long". Take a look at the buffs, they are good but not something insanely op. Or change them to more op damage + crit + health boost procs and put them at 25 seconds. 5 seconds is just so short.
For the killing an enemy boost, put it at 35 seconds duration which gives 20% damage, + 100 base stat, + 25% boss damage, + 25% elite damage, + 100 damage.
Give endless set a proc that gives 2x damage with a chance similar to chasmal vest to proc. Just something to get new players and old players to use these sets more often. The catch to wearing the endless items is that they are weaker than arcane items stat wise and proc wise but still help alot.
Legendary -> Tainted -> Endless + Primary Arcane weapon lv 76 -> Both arcane 76 weps + Endless -> Arcane weapons + arcane vest(s).
